Regimental Properties is the most helpful letting agency I have come across. They are very approachable and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I've rented a house from RP. Even though we redocorated one room to look a lot better than before, which improved the rental value by a small amount and on moving out day place was spotless, RP did not find any courtesy and charged £130 to replace toilet seat and a bathroom lock. Rather expensive agency.

Having used the services of Regimental properties over the last year I would highly recommend them. Peter and the team were very approachable, professional and personal which made the experience very pleasant.
