Asked for more blonde highlights and got purple/ black all over and cost a fortune. This was was the second and last time I went in and did not get what I asked for. Unfriendly staff

Great service, great stylist and great cut and blow dry. Was dubious about this place and thought it would be like Supercuts but it wasn't at all. Very pleased with my experience here. Professional and skilled service.

I liked the hair cut and finish and staff were friendly. But I was a bit shocked at the £15 addition to the bill for a treatment. I did say I would have a treatment but to be honest it didn't feel like I got anything extra! My daughter, who also had this, did seem to get a bit of extra stuff put on her hair. But £15 each??? I hate complaining and just paid it but feel ripped off and won't be back.
