My name is Beth MacLaughlin, I am a an experienced Remedial Therapist offering Remedial and Sports massage treatments. I operate from my home based clinic in Prestonpans and also offer a mobile service across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Remedial Therapy; to help reduce muscular and joint pain, increase range and movement ability. Frequently treated conditions include neck, shoulder and back pain, frozen shoulder, post operation rehabilitation, migraines, plantar fasciitis, repetitive strains and many more.
Sports Massage; pre / post event muscular release, training maintenance, injury rehabilitation, quicker recovery and goal achievement
Holistic massage; stress relief and increased relaxation, insomnia, headaches, pregnancy massage
