How this for a #transformationtuesday ?! The dedication, hard work and effort that @soph_mcgarrigle puts in constantly is inspirational. Sophie you‚Äôre outstanding ‚̧ԳŹ ‚Äė‚ÄôMonday motivation!!! Same jeans!! The picture on the left was taken in January 2018 and the picture on the right was taken last week! I can now fit both legs into one of the legs of my old jeans that I am wearing in the first photo. I have officially dropped 3 jeans sizes and lost 3 stone. Repost @kmaced with @get_repost „ÉĽ„ÉĽ„ÉĽ For the last few years I‚Äôve been working really long hours, balancing lots of plates and doing my absolute best to keep each plate spinning. ūüíĘ... ‚ěĖFull time gym job & running a business along with big corporate clients ‚ěĖUp to 12 face to face pt clients per week ‚ěĖpart time, stressful job ‚ěĖtrying to make the most of the little down time I‚Äôve had with my husband, family & friends ūüíĘ Of course, this was all a choice. It was all something I‚Äôd chosen to do. But that‚Äôs not how I saw it. I felt it was something I HAD to do. I HAD to do my best to run myself into the ground and I just couldn‚Äôt see a way out. ūüíĘ I‚Äôve talked before about hiring a coach and it being one of the best things I‚Äôve done. It finally made me accountable and gave me the clarity to realise that I needed to make some real changes. So I knuckled down, worked hard consistently, made some big changes and slowly started seeing results. ūüíĘ At the end of March I finally finished up with my part time job and generally started to switch up the way I was working. ūüíĘ The stress just started lifting and I‚Äôve been feeling better and better over the last week. I know it‚Äôs only a week, but my shoulders just feel lighter. ūüíĘ Like everyone else I hate progress pics and often don‚Äôt see much of a difference but this weeks‚Äô really gave me food for thought. I even tried on & bought a really figure hugging dress in a shop I would never have went in to before as I always felt too chunky.
