Rentlocally and Liz Currie are excellent in what they do. Very professional attitude and quick service. Our agent Liz went beyond her duties to help us in numerous occasions for which we are so grateful. Rent Locally are quick to take your money but 'oversightful' and slow to refund overpayments and quick to wrongfully accuse and threaten you over missed payments blaming 'system errors'. Very stressful experience and they were unsympathetic and refused any goodwill or compensation. Director John Lornie patronisingly said that as compensation the £175 fee for early release of contract would not be exacted, when in fact the new tenants moved in seemlessly the day after I handed in the keys and my contract ended!

First class service from initial contact with an agent through to letting the property. I used them to manage all aspects of the let (repairs, cleaning, advertising, etc) and always found them to be friendly, professional and very efficient. They have surpassed my expectations in every area and my property was let much quicker than I anticipated. Would highly recommend!

After trying in vain for months to rent out my flat I contacted Rent Locally.
We met at the flat and after some good advice as to how to improve my chances of letting ie decor, white goods,smoke alarms, realistic letting prices etc, I handed the keys over to them to deal with everything for me.
Within 4 weeks, all the various works were carried out and I had 2 eager tenants ready to move in.
