Reserve Apartments

Had a fab break in Edinburgh, the apartment had everything we needed and perfect base for exploring the city.

We had a amazing stay in Edinburgh. The apartment was spotlessly  clean and a perfect getaway to the many attractions. We had the meet and greet service to show us the apartment and Wi-Fi etc. Can't fault the apartment, location or service. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay. Lovely apartment with everything you need in it. Great location and service, will definitely use again for our next visit to Edinburgh.

Yorke Place Apartment was ideal, not quite to standard as advertised, sadly let down by attitude of the property management company - Harper's Concierge. Who believes it fine for spa bath and dishwasher to be broken, and our fault for not reporting it on check in, surely should be checked by them, what's more the dirty water within the dishwasher only proving had not been cleaned for some time. Apparently 2 tea towels is adequate for 6 people for 3 nights, that's a lot of cooking? No bath matts. Patio doors in bedroom - no key for security reasons so no way of opening (no windows) yet linen man just arrived and let himself in mid morning Monday? David's reply to my highlighting was far from hospitable and his attitude on the phone was dire, if you can avoid any issues and David you'll be fine otherwise God help you!

Our flat was 618 Websters Land. We had a shower that didnt work for the entire stay which was 5 nights!! Their reaction was: well you have running water and the shower works, its just the on/off button that doesnt work.
Disgraceful customer service. Horrible flat. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! We only gave them 1 star because you cant go lower!!! There was a hole on the wall behind the toilet. And the place felt unclean!
I repeat......terrible customer service. Do NOT book with this company!!

Absolutely disgraceful customer experience - Miss-selling of property, arrived to blocked showers (see pic of a wig in the shower), malfunctioning apartment alarm and no adequate response from continuous complaints from customer. Never book with these guys - I sure wont!

I am leaving a positive review with regard to these apartments, as I am fed up when I go to look at reviews that it now appears that people only use them to leave complaints.
My apartment was immaculate and most comfortable and had hot water!
I would certainly use this company again and I hope that other people will to, as it is most difficult these days to keep anyone happy!

During our stay in the apartment we had no warm water and no heating. They tried to fix it but it didn't work. So they offered us a refund of 25% which they never paid us. We asked for the refund many times but they simply ignored us. Very disappointing and annoying - never again!
