Highly-acclaimed independent restaurant within the world famous Gleneagles resort in beautiful Perthshire. Amongst many awards we are the only restaurant in Scotland to hold two Michelin stars. You can expect highly detailed on-the-job training, supplemented by external courses and accreditation.
