They take ages to replay emails, and never answer the phone!

They are a mess. I've just come back from "viewing" at East Pilton Farm Crescent (Edinburgh) which was schedulled at 7PM and nobody showed up. There were two other people interested in renting the property so there is no chace that I confused the time of viewing. Additionally it's the third time that someting like this happend to me with "Rettie". A couple of weeks ago they did not show up for the viewing at Hopetoun Crescent. And after the viewing of a flat at St. Vincents Place I phoned them on 3 occasions to provide me one additional information on the flat (it's metric size) so I could conculde the contract. Although firstly they promised to check it, after 2 days they informed me that the flat had been already take. Unfortunately I have to say that they do not respect you and your time.

An excellent professional service throughout the whole selling process. Sale achieved in anticipated time frame at a price acceptable and in the range as advised. Thoroughly decent folk to work with and a satisfactory outcome.

I had such a positive experience as a tenant with Rettie. They've always been quick to respond, sympathetic to any issues, reasonable and professional.
