Revolution Military Fitness is a fitness regime with a difference! We are all military Physical Training Instructors and we will push you to your limits! ! !

Revolution Military Fitness Description

Revolution Military FItness is a Boot Camp started and ran by both serving and former members of HM Forces and each RMF instructor is qualified as a Physical Training Instructor through the Army Physical Training Corps.

Our instructors bring a wealth of knowledge and experienced in bringing the most out of people and are here to ensure you achieve your fitness goals and will be sure to motivate you along the way.

What can I say �� first night done, was one of the hardest workouts I have ever done. In loads of pain so all good. Can't wait until the next one ��

Second time at the overtoun Park session and absolutely love it, great way to keep fit and still have fun at the same time! It is hard but the encouragement from Ritchie and all the other guys that take part keeps you going which is fab!

Loved it , great set up and easy to get along with but professional instructors , best boot camp/exercise class I've attended , push you to your limits but never to far .. Definitely be making this a weekly thing for me

I had been struggling with lower back pain for a long time and really thought I wouldn't get fit again.....how wrong was I�! Seven weeks into body transformation and the difference is night and day!� when I first joined RMF in Feb, I explained my problem and was given alternatives and also exercises/stretches to repeat at home! Then once becoming part of the transformation team and training 3 times a week and completing homework each nyt, I am loving the positives to my health and now the weight loss too!� And I'm beginning to love a burpee!�� Thank you to Team RMF and the support of the transformation team!�

First session today at newton park. Felt like a zombie as it was a 9am start, by the end of the class felt great and ready to get on with my day. Real friendly bunch of people. Would highly recommend. ���

First session today and absolutely loved it. Don’t get me wrong , this is a hard session but you only do as much as you can and there’s constant encouragement from Ritchie and the rest of the troops. All the equipment to make sure you get the absolute best out of your session. Looking forward to next week already !!

First class tonight and I loved it!! ( well after I had finished it ) haven’t done any sort of fitness for a long time. Will defo be back feeling absolutely done in but absolutely buzzing

First class done tonight.....Was a tough workout but was soo worth it. I felt great afterwards and couldn't believe I had done it. I've got very poor fitness level and was a bit worried before starting but the trainer spurs you on and there are options for all levels so felt comfortable at my own pace but pushed harder than I ever have. Will deffo be going back!!!
