As landlords ourselves, we understand the issues of both managing your own properties and having them managed through an agency. Through experience we understand that managing a property yourself can be both stressful and time consuming. We appreciate that having your property managed through an agency will alleviate these problems, but can prove to be very expensive, whilst the service and customer satisfaction from both a landlords and a tenant’s perspective can often be questionable.

Here at Reyzer Property Services we believe in putting both the landlord’s and the tenant’s interests and satisfaction at the top of our agenda. We recognize that as we are looking after both our landlord’s investments and their tenant’s homes, we have an important responsibility.

We aim to offer the best value for money in terms of the prices we charge and the level of service we provide, whilst also demonstrating efficiency and expedient service in resolving any issues that may arise, to the full satisfaction of both parties concerned.
