Rhian was fantastic in helping me to overcome dysfunctional movements and bad habits that I had developed over the years. Classes always felt well-structured and tailored specifically to my needs and helped me on my way to developing more confidence and strengthening my core to prevent further postural problems. Can't speak highly enough of Rhian. Thank you!!
Rhian kept me motivated and encouraged me throughout the 4months we trained. I had never done weights before and had no idea what to do, she changed my training on a weekly basis so I was never bored or got too comfortable, my fitness has improved so much! To begin with all I was concerned about was my weight but after training, realising it's not what I weigh that matters but how strong and healthy I feel.
I can't recommend Rhian enough! Even when I was huffy about things she managed to ignore my diva demands hats off to her for that! Lol if I could afford it I would never stop having her as a trainer. Xx
Physical training with Rhian will open your eyes to the many disfunctions we can develop through poor posture and habits.
Throughout the last year my back pain has practically gone and there is an undeniable link between this and specific targeted corrective exercise along with precise instruction provided by Rhian.

My goal was to lose a a dress size in a very limited time for a holiday . Rhian prepared a plan that for worked perfectly and kept me motivated all the way. Made sure I that I didn't give up and pushed me . if I had kept my diet -it would've been even better 😀
