Rhu Marina is part of the boatfolk family of marinas. With 11 marinas in stunning locations around the UK coastline, we're creating great places for everyone that wants to be in, on, or by the water.
Rhu Marina Description
Rhu Marina lies in a picturesque location on the side of the Gareloch on the north side of the Firth of Clyde.
Rhu is owned by The Crown Estate and leased to boatfolk.
Rhu Marina has 235 deep water berths and 35 swinging moorings and can accommodate 140 boats in the shore storage area. Rhu Marina is home to a wide range of tenants offering a variety of marine services. HM Coastguard and the RNLI are also based at the marina.
From the start of the 2011 /12 season Rhu Marina has had the benefit of replacement Southern and Western floating breakwaters which have been installed at a cost of some £1. 4 million.

Rhu Marina's Manager, Suzanne Bell CMM, was presented with the award by HRH The Princess Royal during her visit to Rhu Marina last week. The Gold Anchor assessment paid tribute to the general management and presentation of the marina together with a strong emphasis on customer service.
RHU MARINA LIFTS FOUR GOLD ANCHORS After an inspection in July, Rhu Marina has been awarded 4 Gold Anchors by The Yacht Harbour Association. This was Rhu's first Gold Anchor inspection.

RHU MARINA WELCOMES FIVE TEAMS FROM FOUR NATIONS TO COMPETE AT 2018 BLIND MATCH RACING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS Sailors from Great Britain, the United States, Canada and Australia will compete to become the next Blind Match Racing World Champions between 3-7 September 2018. This year will be the first time the biennial world championships have been held in the UK.
EMC Trust 5 Yachts leaving Rhu Marina this morning. Over the last 15 years, they have taken a phenomenal 1,906 young people on a first time sailing trip across their two locations at Cowes, Isle of Wight and Largs Scotland.

Saturday 28th July - Ladies, leave the ‘other half’ behind for the day and enjoy a day’s sailing with You & Sea School, sailing on 40ft yacht 'Sequel' in the company of other ladies from the marina. The crew of ‘Sequel’ will show you the ropes and share their experience in a calm, fun and friendly way, to get you sailing in no time at all. Rhu marina was lovely the staff where great so helpful and friendly and facilities are spotless. Would definitely be back.
