Great customer service with helpful staff. The place is busy over the weekend thus it's best if you phone beforehand to check stock of whatever you're looking for or do a research online before going in.

It was nice to be approached in a positive & welcoming way when dealing with James & his colleagues, great to see "service with a smile" still exist these days. All of the staff I spoke to seemed Knowledgeable & interested in finding me the best products to fit my needs. The demo room was well laid out & I was happy that James patiently provided me with the time & helpful advice on the setup cinema systems.
