Very disappointed I've been buying carpet from here for over 10 years and I've had rugs made with the off cuts each time I must of bought 15 + carpets from here and had them fitted from here as well the old chap was very nice who owns the place he used to give the money to charity any of the money made on the rugs however I was given 2 off cuts of carpet from a friend which were going to be dumped I thought I would go to ricksons today and get them hemmed into rugs and I was very disappointed when I was told the price of £80 when I have only ever paid 10 or 15 then when I questioned the price was told it's only the carpet purchased from them which is the lower price as I got the off cuts from someone else the price is extortionate it's disgraceful a price for a job should be a price for a job I will never be back and all the people I've recommended over the years I will be telling them to go elsewhere
