Ridgemond Training is Herts and Beds' largest independent training provider established in 1983 to deliver youth training programmes.

Ridgemond Training is Hertfordshire’s largest independent training provider. We are a registered charity, established in 1983 to deliver vocational training to young people.

Our objectives are to provide training and support for people aged 14 years upwards, enabling them to gain a recognised qualification and secure employment.

Over the past 25 years we have evolved into a flexible training centre providing a range of nationally recognised training programmes to both business and community.

We have three Training Centres, based in Stevenage, Luton and Letchworth, all within easy access to the major road networks and public transport hubs.

The team at Ridgemond training are committed to lifelong learning, widening participation and giving our local young people a second chance. We have more than 200 students enrolling with us each year but are still small enough to know all our students and to respond to their individual needs.
