Absolutely disgrace of a shop customer service is deplorable

I'm always satisfied with my order

I ordered kebab meat and chips. I didnt ask nor was I asked about sauce or salt and vinegar.
order came, kebab meat at least a day old, dry and crumbling. Chips were half cooked devoid of salt or vinegar. I called ro order sauce to try make rhis edible. Customer service was shocking, apparently a lot of people order dry kebab meat and dry chips according to rinaldos (or is it maybe rinaldos makes rhus mixtake often?). Anyway. I asked if I could order some sauce and I would pay delivery. Got a flat 'no'. Order went in the bin, will never order from them again and neither will my colleagues who also work at this office. Well done rinaldos, you lost nine current customers in one night. Judging by some of your reviews, all negative, you must be used to this trend.
