I think it’s fair to say we have plenty of guppies in stock just now😅
Had to take a video and show off these guys while doing some tank maintenance. Really nice boesemani rainbows and a good size too!
Well one of our first projects of the year is done! Our new rack for nano and shrimp species is built. Although things are quietening down that hasn’t stopped us from getting work done and hoping to get a few more projects done soon.
Although there is a lot of uncertainty just now we are still going to open as usual 12-5 this weekend with loads of stock available.
Since they sold well last week we have a few more Discus available! Came in different colours from the ones last week so can add a bit of variety to Discus tanks.
Already sold one this morning but have some really nice Red Cap Koi Angelfish in just now!
Since these sold very quick last time we have another 10 in stock!
Lots of nice female guppies in just now enjoying some courgette!
Check out the stunning Rose Petal Bettas!
Not the best of videos but had to show off these Black Banded Sunfish! Coming from North America these are a cold water fish and should not be exposed to warm water for long periods of time, they are also one of the few North American species that don’t require a license to keep here. A very peaceful fish outside of breeding they can go with other peaceful species of cold water fish as long as they have enough room.
Still a bit skittish but we have some stunning discus in just now!
Lots of new stock available for this weekend including some great smaller oddball species!
A new species for us, the Australian Desert Goby! Maxing out at 6cm these are a great little oddball that can go into certain community tanks although can be aggressive towards smaller fish. Suggested tank mates would be rainbowfish due to similar ph needs and too large to be bothered, or a colony of these would bring out interesting social behaviours.
More OB peacocks in stock! Some really great looking fish to stand out in Malawi setups.
We have some great looking Red Crystal Shrimp in just now, these ones are twice the size of our last batch!
Had to get a video of these baby Fahaka puffers feeding! Small now but they can grow to 45cm and usually have a very bad temper towards other fish. Being very interactive with their owner and interesting to feed makes them one of the best pet fish you can keep.
Every so often when we get Kuhli Loaches there’s a few that stand out but this is one of the most unique looking I have I ever seen!
Not one we usually get but we have albino Hoplo catfish in stock. A great medium sized catfish that does well with larger community fish and medium sized cichlids.
