Riverview Caravan Park Description
We are a friendly family owned park which is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and enjoys magnificent views across the River Tay. The Park borders the beach & championship golf course, yet it is only a 5 minute walk from village shopping & supermarket. It is an ideal touring base giving the perfect environment for both relaxation & outdoor pursuits.
Our Park is graded Scottish Tourist Board 5* Exceptional. We also hold an AA 4 Pennant, a Thistle Award for our Holiday Homes & a David Bellamy Conservation Award. We are also members of the British Holiday & Home Park Association and Best of British Touring & Holiday Parks.

The Monifieth Medieaval Fair is taking place on Sunday 12th August with music and entertainment from 12:30pm to 16:30pm. Worth checking it out if you are visiting us. :)

It has been announced that the 2018 Senior Open Championship will be hosted at The Old Course, St Andrews from 26th – 29th July 2018. This will be the first time that the Senior Open has been played at St Andrews. We are roughly a 35-40 minute drive from the park to The Old Course. if you are visiting the park at the end of July it is a great day out. :)

What a lovely site and sad to be going home in the morning. Showers/toilets spotlessly clean, site pretty and very well kept, fabulous for dogs with the dog friendly beach right in front of the site and lovely long walks. Also, all the other guests are all so friendly (certainly whilst we're here). We'll be back and many thanks to the owners of Riverview for a lovely stay :)
What a beautiful caravan park, really well kept and not too busy, great walks along the beach or coastal path if you're a dog owner, good sized pitches too, shower block could do with an upgrade but it's nice and clean, a small gym with a steam room and sauna on site, small play park on site for younger children and a large one just a short walk from park.
Well this is our last night at this wonderful site really do not want to leave.
Came up from Yorkshire for a wedding at Forbes of Kingennie. Exceptionally well kept, fab toilet/shower block, beautiful location with lots to do if you want or just relax. Very peaceful. Staff are extremely friendly and never stop keeping the site in pristine condition. Bob is a hoot, and nothing is too much bother for him. We will definitely come back again sooner rather than later
We come to Riverview regularly throughout the season. Very well situated with a gate out to the boardwalk and down to the beach. Great play park for the kids across from the park with a safe one for wee ones inside the grounds. Toilets are always immaculate with plenty of hot water. All the facilities are great and pitches are a good size. The park is beautifully kept - Bob works incredibly hard to maintain such a high standard, often seen still out working on the site late in the evenings. Always cheery, friendly and helpful. Wish the park was open all year round as it is - see you in the Spring!

Stumbled across this site by chances and what a beautiful kepted site it is .Very peaceful and relaxing we throughly enjoyed our stay.All staff we met were friendly and helpful and enjoyed a wee blether with.We specially enjoyed the walks along the beachas did our crazy springers fair tired them out .Our daughter made loads of lovely wee friends and enjoyed playing on the park and also at the big play park just outside the site. Definitely not our last stay special mention to the nice gentleman who maintains the site a credit to the site
Our third time here this summer. As usual it was fantastic. The facilities are excellent and Bob is really helpful and very friendly. Hope to be back again soon.
Lovely site, facilities very clean, gardens kept lovely, staff very helpful. Just two minutes from the lovely beach, children’s play park on site also larger park across the road, where plenty of space to play ball games. Free WiFi on site. Lovely cafe, Bay Diner two minutes walk, highly recommend this site.
Lovely site in a quiet location but just a five minute walk to local amenities. Toilet facilities are spotless. If you need to use the shower please note there are only hooks in the shower cubicles. There is nowhere to put your toilet bag.Would definitely come back here.

Just home from our second stay at river view park and there is no use saying anything about this site as the five stars say it all. The entire area around this site is just great including the bay diner which serves great food and allows dogs on the veranda. Will definitely be back.
Just came back from an amazing weekend. Riverview site is fantastic, great location, services and facilities were great. Well looked after grounds and lovely gentleman there to help. Great kids park, lovely walk along the beach and great company from some regular visitors or long term owners. Can’t wait to come back

I've been going to Riverview caravan park now countless times since I bought my first touring caravan in 2006, it's a beautiful site right on the beach, very quiet, peaceful, very well kept and Bob the warden is very friendly and goes out his way to help. I've had so many lovely holidays and weekends there that I decided to buy a static there at the beginning of the year and loving every minute, definately recommend Riverview ☺
Have just returned from two nights at Riverview to try out my caravan purchased from Grants Craigmills. What a lovely peaceful site, well maintained and plenty facilities. My pitch was near the beach and ideal for long doggie walks. Will definitely return again for a longer stay.
Many thanks to the warden and also to Carol, Tracey, Ian, Mike and the team at Grants for selling me a jewel of a van. I even managed to put the awning up myself, with only one minor adjustment! The mover is a dream too. Looking forward to many happy years with my van. Regards Christine Fraser
Great spot for a park, been a few times now lovely clean and laid out the floral arrangements work well to brighten the park up nice friendly staff nice clean facilities and a variety of shops close by in walking distance really don't need to go anywhere. If I were to pick a site to settle down at with a static van this would be the one next to the water.
Cracking wee site. As someone else said came for 3 days ended up staying a week. Very friendly staff. Facilities spotless. Lovely plants and hedges give you some privacy whilst adding to the beauty of the site. Right next to a huge sandy beach. Tesco and other shops 5 mins away. Thank you to all at Riverview for making our stay a very enjoyable experience.
