I was employed by H. M. Customs & Excise and in 2003, after 23 years service, I decided to become self employed. My VAT expertise comes from my service as a Specialist Investigator and as a VAT Assurance Officer.
Since leaving H. M. Customs & Excise, I have been providing VAT liability advice primarily to the construction trade and property development companies.
