Came here for my 2nd college year to help our graded unit. Was actually a really nice place to visit. The building is great, large selection of gifts in the shop, the cafe is large and not too expensive. The gallery was amazing and informative. Good place for a day out.

Good place to visit with family and in particular children. The new play area is excellent. The event's for children are very good. Some great offers in the cafe.

I've visited many times but still find something new to learn. Stunning museum and its great to see where he lived, grew up and worked. Will be going back as there are stunning grounds which we will see in summer.

Great place. There's a new kids playground, very good, lots of different activities although a bit muddy when we went. Nice licensed cafe (good local beer!), hot and cold food. Staff were a bit disorganized on our visit, had to chase up our order.

A very attractive visitors centre, with very hands on interactive displays. Very informative as you would require. And lots to do for children. The inside is dark for a reason. And a little cool. To preserve the artefacts.
The toilets are well kept and very clean in both male and females . there is a good restaurant here, but portion sizes are minute. About as filling as a cheese Wafer! Making them dearer than they look on the boards.
Outside garden walks are nice and Burns Cottage is also very nice but not much to see on there. Highly recommend the walking down to Brigadoon Bridge. And Burns Monument. On the whole a good day But the restaurant needs to be cheaper, and have bigger portion sizes to get 5 Stars.

A nice little place to experience how Rabbie Burns lived in his days. A pretty little garden perfect for a sunny day. No parking is available
