Unreliable on line seller. They have products as available when they are not causing a huge waste of time and other problems. In general my experience with on line retailers of whisky is appauling. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff who go out of their way to find you a good deal and introduce you to unique spirits.

Great customer service. The guy immediately picked up that I was having trouble choosing and after I explained that I was after a gift for an Islay (which I mispronounced but I wasn't corrected in a condescending manner like you can be in some of these places) lover and just something different for myself offered some tasters that were spot on. Excellent knowledge and great manner. Thoroughly recommend.

This is the place to go for all one needs in Scotland. The purveyor of this shop was friendly and helpful. I made sure to save this place for our next visit.

I had a great experience buying whisky here. The manager, Tom, was friendly and knowledgeable—he poured us several (generous) samples. We're familiar with single malt, but he was able to teach us even more.
