Brilliant kids and juniors sparring class this morning followed by an awesome SUSO 8 second session 👌👊

RMkb are looking to trial a Mums Club - “Mummy Fit” class which will be catered toward new Mummy’s who want to get back into shape. Child would be required to be in a Pram or Buggy during the class (which would be inside the academy) and this will allow Mums to work out whilst they watch on and interact and learn.
We would love to know your thoughts prior to starting. We think this could be a great class!

I went along to collect my son today from his usual Saturday morning class. I watched and listened to the teaching taking place. I love the vibe of RMKB. It’s a family run club with great ethics and ethos.



I love the fact that the students are built up mentally. As we know, human beings will be broken down at some point in their lives so resilience is paramount in overcoming life experiences. At the end of every single class Robert will go over all of the good things they’ve learned in the day. The class participation is engaging. The confidence of the students is second to none and is always being built up. A sport like kickboxing isn’t just a physical one, it’s a mental one as well and when you bring the ‘whole child’ learning experience together it can only be a great thing.



We have been attending(as a family in some respects) now for coming up to 2 years and I have such a strong view of the academy. I’ve never witnessed coaching quite like it. In any industry there will be great and not so great the fitness industry is no different. I am truly grateful for finding this club and having my children committed. There aren’t many like it. This one is a community. It brings together people from all walks of life and creates a balance between them. I am always full of thanks and admiration for what is being taught and built upon and I am glad my children are being taught and guided by some of the very best.

I can honestly say RMKB is an amazing club. Our son loves it. Robert and his team are encouraging, hard working and all round great. They are welcoming to everyone.

I can hands down honestly say this is one of the best clubs my two sons (6) & (7) attend. Two years they have been part of this academy and have achieved so much.

Focus, drive, determination and the ability to inspire others. Robert has all of these in abundance, but what makes him special is his humility. Total respect to a great coach.

First class instruction from Robert he and caters for everyone. I get a thrill from getting a good workout on pad work and sparring and I have never went away from training disappointed. World class

Excellent venue, excellent staff, great to see local support for a very deserving charity, a big thanks to all those who took part we all had a great night on Friday
