Great news! This project was languishing in planning for some considerable time when we were asked to come in and take the project forward. Today we received planning permission in principle for the development of 7 New affordable homes specifically aimed at the over 55's and the retired community in the local village of Kirknewton. These new homes will be a proper community driven project every step of the way. Not only will the homes when complete be for affordable rent they will be designed for varying needs and also be highly energy efficient in order to combat and end fuel poverty. Further updates will be coming next few weeks and months as we move forward with more detailed designs. Exciting times!
