I am a Motability customer who has just moved from Montrose to Glasgow to live,I had reason to use Robins and Day for some small problems I had with my car, I found them to be every bit as helpful as my old Citroen dealer in Montrose and will use them for all services from now on.

Good range of new and used Citroen cars. I've had my C30 serviced there for years. The prices seem a little high but the car has never failed between services.

From the moment I first contacted R&D about a service on my C4 Picasso Grand to the time I collected it everybody I dealt with, emailed, spoke to were absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble and the service and free "health check" were thoroughly carried out. My attention was drawn to some tyre wear, which I hadn't noticed and the car was washed and polished before being handed back to me.. The service also represented great value for money too. Thanks you everybody at R&D - see you next year.

YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS !!
I signed a new lease for my dog walking van from Robins and Day, having been very happy with my previous two year lease with Citroen Glasgow. Imagine my anger and frustration when I discovered the new van had no remote central locking !! This is 2017 NOT 1917 !! I am a dog walker ,so you can see me at 7 am on a dark country road with four dogs on leads (plus poo bags) with a torch in my hand ,trying to find the keyhole !! Does anyone think for one moment that I would have taken this deal ,had I been told that Citroen were such cheapskates that their cutbacks included such an essential safety device for modern times ? I AM INCANDESCENT with rage, and if it were not for the efforts of Alan Ferguson (of R&D) who is trying to resolve this ,among many of the issues I have, I would walk away, and still may do so. The wind screen does not have enough power to clear ,so I use a rag, the heater draws in the fumes from cars in front, so I go cold and the radio which I rely on for traffic advice ,does not work. Well CITROEN, you may have save a few pounds, but by gosh you have lost thousands. I'm sure you will send a dismissive email to me, but I WANT ACTION, and a call from a senior person in the company is the least I expect !

Should have gone to Spec Savers

In summary I bought a second hand car here. I very kindly paid in full including using my credit card to pay deposit so the garage could meet its monthly sales target.

Unfortunately, when I got home I had been given a similar car but not the one I had purchased.

The garage were very apologetic and arranged to change the cars over while I was at work. My wife had to take me to work as obviously not insured to drive the wrong car. The right car was delivered by the salesman. However, they did query why we had driven off with the wrong similar car. We did acknowledge our responsibility in terms of this but ultimately the garage had the responsibility in making sure that we had the right vehicle and should take responsibility in terms of this. The Salesman, highlighted he had put extra fuel in the vehicle. Bizarre as the vehicle fuel gauge was practically on red when I got in it.

I was not going to post a review but then I found the car did not even have washer fluid in it. I am beginning to wonder if Citroens overheads are that tight they cannot even stretch to this.I am also wondering if the car has even been serviced as this is very basic maintenance and most garages would put this in when selling a car.

In summary a comedy of errors.

Rubbish costumer services had to call now 3 times parts and services transferring you immediately to mail box because they are busy.
