Would like to thank the Team in Robins & Day for such a grt experience buying my car this is my 3 rd Citroen and as always a very warm welcome from all the lads in the department They are a grt bunch of guys who are a credit to your company always on hand to help if one not available then the other one is there to help.
The service team offer collection and deilvery service which i use again a very helpful team !!

Absolutely first class service from the team at Robins & Day yesterday. Had the car in for a quick tyre change and the whole staff were excellent from start to finish.

Ross carried out a full professional check-in, set expectations on time it would take and then called when he said he would to advise available for collection.

They even carried out a clean and valet of the car. Above and beyond!

Service is bad

Abysmal service. I brought my car in to have the heater blower repaired. Despite two visits, & paying over £200 my car is in exactly the same condition as when I brought it in. I was told would have to pay more money to investigate/change more parts. Was made to feel I was talking nonsense when I complained that it was not fixed correctly when I picked the car up, but within an hour of both visits the original problem came back. Would never go back or recommend this garage.

Shocking ignorance, bad attitude and total lack of customer care by a service department staff member, complaint made to Peugeot UK, I will NEVER use Robins and Day or buy a Peugeot EVER again! I would give no stars if I could! Anybody can sell you a car but if you want any after care go elsewhere. AVOID!

Service is a disgrace. Bought my car in November as I was driving it home my boyfriend who was driving behind me notice there was a T missing off the Peugeot sticker at the back. I have call aver 10 times in the last 7 months advised most times they would send one out same day... still nothing, I was then advised they didn't have them in stock and didn't know when they were coming in... a Peugeot garage not having Peugeot sticker and not able to get them is a complete joke. I also was advised the car had been valeted until i got home and saw chocolate smudged into the back speakers (which are hidden by the from seats so didn't see until my brother got out of the car. Also after a month or so i noticed a sqeeking noise coming from the engine, called to check in January and was told it might be the weather conditions so to give it another couple of weeks and call back, when I called back I had apparently missed my 3 month warranty... which they must have know would be the case when i called initially and now want me to pay to have the diagnostic machine stuck on it at £50 alone then pay to have the problem fixed on the car they sold it me with. Their attitudes are disgusting its pretty much... not my issue attitude you receive. Service is a disgrace... wouldn't trust them as far as I could kick them. Wish I hadn't used them, only reason I did as they were the closest one of 3 garages that was selling the car I wanted with the amount of miles and in the colour i wanted. Wont be going back!
