Was in again for lunch today with my other half and our two sons. They said it's the best pasta & pizza they've ever had and gets better every time. Amazing food and lovely staff, I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

Thank you so much to the staff at Roma for hosting my last minute hen do yesterday. We were supposed to go to Edinburgh for the weekend and it was cancelled. The staff at Roma were so accommodating and tried to make our night as fun as possible. Even let us take control of the music and dance etc. Thanks to the owner for my cocktail as well. I had a great hen do. I can't recommend this place enough xx

My mum and I eat in here often. My mum practically lives in here.

We love it, food is always so good and the staff are very accommodating and happy to help in any way they can.

Never had a complaint and will continue to return as often as possible �

Me and my daughter had our 2 course meal here really lovely and staff are brilliant it's our favourite restaurant and we won a 2 course meal that was really lovely too we will be back thanks x

I come in here with my wee disabled client and we both love the food. Great value for money and portion size is good too. Never had an issue. I wish I had a Roma down balloch were I stay as would use this more often out of my work hours. My disabled client says this is his favourite place to eat.

Had lunch today with my family, quick service and food well cooked and presented, good value for money.



Baby changing facilities available which was great and they were clean and tidy.

Had a lovlely meal there last night with my wife, and also left my wallet. I just like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff there especially the cleaner who found my wallet and handed it in, and to David White who contacted me via Facebook to tell me they had found it. Great meal, great service and will definately be back.

Been for breakfast 3/4 times previous and it was well cooked , hot and tasty had lunch on Sunday 10th July tiger prawn linguine in a white wine cherry tom sauce , very tasty ,served piping hot with side of garlic bread and a refreshing glass of cold coke , my partner had a cappuccino , the staff as always were very well presented and friendly will be going back again enjoyed my lunch :)

Service was very poor. Food was Great. Yes it was busy but there was ample staff on. We asked the head waiter what soup of the day was and he was unsure. They removed an unfinished glass of wine. Starters were tasty although Pea Soup was very watery texture. After an age we finally received our main meals, although they got one wrong which lead to another wait. Again food was excellent, complements to the chef. We paid with cash and didn't receive the change, we would have returned this as part of the tip. Would we go back? For food yes but as the service was so bad probably not, which is disappointing as we do like Italian food.

Was in today for lunch and think this place has definitely gone downhill and reading the reviews looks like I'm not the only one. My cousins are over from Jersey so I suggested Roma as iv eaten in here before with no issues. However today wasnt good at all. My "brushcetta" was only a bit of toasted bread with freezing cold chopped tomatoes, no basil, and not even a hint of garlic. The carbonara,s were far too salty and my lasagne was basically overcooked pasta sheets smothered in cheese, hardly any meat. At no point did anyone ask how our food was and even when we were leaving we still weren't asked. Poor show from somewhere which used to be quite good.

Waited an hour and 10 minutes for our starters we had a 2 year old that was starving, eventually came was nice got the main course the pasta was very dry I couldn't eat it, when the waiter came to take th plates away he didn't even ask if It was ok when he could clearly see I had only ate a few bits of pasta! Not even anything taken off our bill for waiting so long as a loyal customer over the years im sad to say we won't be back

There was a few clues so more fool me,



First clue was at 10am the place had a disturbing smell and was full of flies,



Secondly the draft juice tasted off as if the guns maybe hadnt been cleaned,



Thirdly the food was disgusting, even my 5 year old said he couldnt eat it( how can you go wrong with egg on toast)



Extremely disappointed as i loved going here, spoke to the waitress regarding the issues an apparently its not the first complaint.



Needless to say i wont be returning.

Starters where nothing like what was described on the menu? Bruschetta arrived with no tomatoes despite sun dried tomatoes being in the description it was basically bread saturated in red onions and stinking cheese, garlic mushrooms were also not as described. All sent back and the bruschetta came back exactly the same with about 3 small tomatoes on it, it was disgusting. Mains around £13 each no even any accompaniments scrawny piece of chicken drenched in a sauce and a few chips, tasteless pasta. We originally asked the girl if she had pre theatre menu she told us it finished at 5 seriously a pre theatre is usually at least 7. On the way out we seen she had lied it was displayed on a poster it was on till 6 and we arrived well before that. Very poor experience and quality of food. Disappointing.

Ordered pint T-Larger it was it was stinking the smell was that bad I returned it. As for the meal I’ve given my dog a hotter and a better proportional meal.

To put the icing on the cake a drunken passerby came into the premises sat down started shouting about general rubbish the staff ignored him rather escorting him out of the premises. Under present management I will not be going back.

I’m actually really upset I have been a regular customer to your restaurant for over a year both myself my partner and kids loved to eat here. On Hogmanay we were refused breakfast from the grill chef despite it being before 12pm he was rude and the waitress couldn’t apologise enough. To add insult to injury I went in to speak to the manager about this after new year he took my telephone number and promised to call back as of yet I have still to hear from him. So disappointing as this was our favourite place to eat but the customer service from the management is appalling.

Food was awful the place was freezing I've put my experience on Facebook and its clear that I'm not the only one.. You'll need to up your game because Toni Macaroni is opening soon.. My sister went home and vomited..

Christmas dinner was very disappointing ( one pig in blanket on plate ! Two boiled potatoes! Two Brussels! Turkey was processed and it basically ruined my Christmas Day ! Also no Christmas pudding was available.
