The guy was awsum really friendly and really committed to customer service with every individual customer. Loved the colours he picked and like the finish. Thanks Again Alan.

Had such a bad experience. Showed the lady that worked there a picture of the style I wanted my son to have. It ended up looking like a 2 year old shaved half his head in his sleep. I complained and she told me to piss off and threatened to just shave his head. Asked her to get the boss over several times and she refused. Eventually I asked the boss over myself. He did a pretty good job at fixing the mess. More than 1 occasion I was swore at by her. In front of not only my 6 year old but also my 1 year old. It's my wedding next week and he honestly looks like he has been butchered. Not a happy chappy.

Done the exact opposite ov what i asked. Not happy £8 down the drain. Asked to shape my beard and loped it off . Could have done that at home.
