Today we had a wee trial run at doing a Saturday morning pack walk. So we had Leia , Hamish and new boy to the pack Frank going for today’s big walk, managed to do just under 5 miles in about 2 hours ( not bad considering Hamish and Frank are sniffing machines ). I’m planning to do this most Saturdays and if it’s proving popular maybe try a Sunday session.

It’s all go this week, with Lilo and Flower safely delivered home we now have these two boys staying over. Meet Toby and his brother Tate. They love a wee play fight with each other, I have a feeling their batteries won’t run out 😮🐶🐾

We have the pleasure of these two beauties staying over tonight, meet Lilo and her little sister Flower they are Coton de Tulear’s all the way from Dumbarton ( news must be traveling about us 😊). They are very inquisitive and cute. We are looking forward to their sleepover 🐶🐾

Another busy week at Roo’s doggy daycare. Including 3 new faces to the pack. Meet Big Ollie he is only 10 months old and I think he might have bear 🐻 in his genealogy. Then we have Buster he is a very friendly and good boy, loves chasing a ball. And lastly we have lil Nylah she is a simply a bundle of joy💜 she was out for the first time and was having fun meeting some new pals 🐶🐾

Massive congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs McDougall from Toby and us at Roo’s Doggy Day Care. Yesterday we had the pleasure of having our first wedding. Jade had organised a surprise for the Groom 🤵 and we got to take wee Toby down to their big day at Lochside House Hotel, Lodges and Spa. He has been staying with us all weekend and has been great fun. Toby couldn’t decide what bottle to open to celebrate so he choose both ( drink responsibly) he even got a shot in the wedding cars. #dogsatweddings #blowdrythedog #Smileforthecamera

No Harvey with us this week as he is taking his new job a best big brother and guardian to baby Millie very seriously. Look at his proud wee face 💜 Congratulations Harvey , Jennifer and Kevin 🐶

Little Ollie is staying over with us for the weekend. After this mornings big walk they have decided that they don’t want to ruin their hairdo’s 🌧 and it’s a duvet day perhaps 101 Dalmatians or lady and the tramp 🐶🐾

Hi I’m Sam a 2 year old Samoyed. I like long walks in the park and doing my best Jimmy Stewart impression by people watching out the window. I would like to meet new friends but sometimes I get too excited and distract.......what was that!!!? ....ed, I’d also like to be let of my lead but sometimes I get distrac .... oh what’s that over there!!? ....ted and don’t come back.
After the first session with Sam we could see a massive improvement already in his behaviour, he was even allowed to roam free ( with the help of a 50ft lead ) but he came back of his own accord. Good boy Sam 🐾🐶

Just some pics from a busy week, Sirius the gentle giant is back for a couple of days so getting to meet lots of new pals. Some of them were over the moon to see him again. 🐾🐶

Today we have a new member join the pack her name is Kico, she is a cross Staffie and black lab, one of the most excited and super friendly dogs. Look at that big smile 😀

Very busy first day back, holiday was good but I was missing my dogs 🐶🐾

Today we have this little gem staying overnight. Meet Sassie and she is not only there oldest dog I have cared for but the oldest dog i have ever heard of, she is a staggering 20 years old ! She must be in the running for some sort of world record. 🐶🐾

Well that’s a month now Boston been walking and learning how to socialise with other dogs at Roo’s Doggy Daycare.

He gets so excited for his walks and it removes the guilt when working, knowing he’s having fun times and being well looked after, not to mention exercised. Would highly recommend as he loves meeting new furry friends and learning how to interact with dogs.

So glad we found roo for Toby � Roo is so accommodating especially with my unorganised life and last minute texting. Nothing is ever a hassle and his service is so professional and friendly. Toby is literally the most excited whenever he sees roo and sleeps like a baby when he’s home that night. Absalutely love that roo post pictures so you can see how they’re getting on throughout the day it’s so reassuring. It’s great for be dogs to get to go on play dates with others. We have used roo for day care and just hour walks and if we could give him 10 stars we would � thanks for all your help roo ! We’d literally not manage now without you guys ����

Roo's service has been fantastic, he is reliable and flexible. My dog enjoys going out with Roo when I am working and he has always been availiable for me at short notice when required.

I would definently recommend using Roo's doggy day care to anyone who is in need of a dog walker or other services. His prices are also very resonable for the service he provides.

Posting for my mother in law -

We had a wee problem a few weeks ago regarding a overnight stay for our 20 year old dog. We need not have worried as our daughter in law put us in touch with Roos Doggy Day Care. Ruiridah came to see Sassie and right away we could tell that he was the right person to look after our dear old doggie. Very professional, obviously loves dogs and looked after Sassie exceptionally well. We would definitely recommend Roos Doggy Day Care to anyone needing their special pet looked after.

Our dog Taco (Poochon) loved Roos walks. He got to play with others every walk, make new friends, and get taught some new commands.



We were away on holiday for nearly 2 weeks and we were absolutely terrified of being away from Taco. At that time he had only ever been away from us for 1 night and it was once.

He's like my shadow, and gets really panicked if he cants see me so I was dreading being away but Roo sorted that, in the end it was me whining while on holiday!



They came and visited Taco before we went on holiday to let him get used to them. I wouldn't change a thing. Will 100% use Roo's in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for such a service.
