This normally gives you about 100 ancestors going back to the early 1800's. This works out at less than £2. 50 per ancestor which, when you have to pay for searches, works out remarkably cheaply. You get the expertise of an expert genealogist and your tree produced in a very short time. There are lots of expensive pitfalls in doing it yourself, and it is a lot of work.
All that is required is that you supply a name and date of birth, although more information is helpful -especially for the more recent relatives!
Although primarily a service for Scottish Family Trees, it is recognised that trees can lead back to English and Irish relatives, and every effort is made to include these at no extra charge unless official government certificates have to be purchased.
