Well what can I say?....you guys are amazing! From the minute I walked in I just knew I was going to have a fantastic experience and it was that..and more!! Lindsay was amazing! The knowledge, expertise and guidance she gave to me filled me with confidence and allowed me to take the plunge with a complete restyle without any hesitation! This place was recommended to me and I'm so glad I decided to try it. So happy with my hair, which is really rare! Was bored with the colour and my hair in general and had sort of given up on it. I didn't even recognise it in the picture at the end because I didn't believe it could actually look that nice! She did an amazing job and I will definitely be back. The price was so reasonable for such high quality service. Highly recommend to anyone!

There's nothing like a bit of 'Carly' therapy to cheer you up & leave you feeling a million dollars. Creative & artistic ideas for cuts and colours, nothing is too much bother. In all the years I've never left Carly's without a lighter heart, a smile on my face & above all a great cut & colour.

The new salon has a friendly, calm, peaceful vibe.......then Carly steps up to the chair & her personality, smile & craic wheechs you straight into 'Carly's World' :-)

Roots Salon is such a friendly environment, easy to find and easy to park. Eilidh has put my hair in the right direction after it needing some serious tlc. Great at colouring and cutting and always has some great ideas when I fancy a change! Eilidh has done hair ups for a night out/weddings numerous times and always nails it. Well recommended!

Love this place. All of the ladies are wonderful! I have my hair done with Carly but Lindsay also looked after me whilst Carly was on Maternity. I walk out everytime feeling great. They are so friendly and helpful, not afraid to tell me if something might not work on my hair type! They give me confidence to try new colours because I trust them 100%. I haven't had my hair done by Eilidh but I see the amazing things she can do whenever I am in. I would recommend Roots to anybody!

Love everything about roots.. the girls are lovely, The salon decor itself, always good chat when you go in and most of all Carly is amazing. Hard to please when it comes to hair but Carly has nailed it �

I've not been to a hairdresser in over 10 years as I've been a wig wearer for years as I've had alopecia since I was 11 and I couldn't hide the bald patches anymore.

I was so embarrassed about it and hated people seeing me without my wig on but my hair has gone from strength to strength this year and I thought it was time to get it properly cut and we made it fun colours.

Carly made me feel so comfortable and I cannot thank her enough.

I have avoided hairdressers for years. As the owner of a head of baby fine baby fluff hair, I had given up on anyone being able to make my mop look presentable.

I made an appointment with Carly, and I was absolutely delighted.

She is so honest and transparent about what she can do with your hair, and if something won't work with your hair then she simply will not do it. Carly cares more about your hair than the profit she will make.

Carly told me what would work with my hair, I went with it, and I am delighted with the result. I've never had hair that looked this cool or this healthy.

Genuinely have never actually walked out of a salon and LOVED the way my hair turned out. I was shocked at how long Eidlidh took to talk me through the process. In other words she didn't rush me and let me ramble for ages! This is the sign of someone who really does care about their clients. She was honest, friendly and professional. Carly has been my hair dresser for years and she never disappoints! I have had a few restyles, hair ups (including my wedding and full bridal party), and for the past couple of years she has been in charge of my hair colour :-) it's always a great morning/afternoon at roots salon, my children love coming to the hairdressers with me because of the joyful atmosphere that Carly creates. Carly has been looking after my locks for about 10 years now and it's just brilliant that she has now opened Roots! She knows my hair better than I do and taking on her expert advice has really helped to create a "look" that suits me, she's fabulous with a pair of scissors and super creative with colour. Between that and the top notch craic I couldn't ask for a better hairdresser ❤️ Hair aside....She's a fantastic listener too!
