My husband and daughter just happened to stop here Saturday. It was just perfect, great service. Traditional settings with great food. We would certainly come back in the summer.

Lovely hosts Mandy and Vic make everyone feel welcome. Their staff are fantastically friendly. The food is delicious, especially Sunday roast and the puddings are divine!
I have lived in Histon for 13 years, I had my first visit to the rose and crown last night. Highly impressed, beautiful setting, friendly staff and the food was Devine ....... Defiantly will be recommending to others and will be returning myself.
First visit for lunch. I had lamb special which was lovely.
Fantastic dinner, very generous portions, lovely friendly staff - great place to dine.
Excellent food...friendly staff, attentive, reasonably priced and lovely settings
Excellent food and excellent hosts - this pub / restaurant is a always relaxed and never disappoints
Excellent Sunday lunch from a simple but varies menu good home cooked food - roast beef was excellent. Friendly and attentive staff gave us excellent service. Recommended
