I am a holistic therapist bringing calming , relaxing holistic therapies to your home or from my Garden Therapy Room, Whitburn. Pamper parties available for small numbers, enjoy holistic treatments with friends!
Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology and Indian Head Massage are Holistic treatments which can encourage self healing and wellbeing.
Reflexology is a relaxing massage of the feet where reflex points found on the feet act as 'mirrors' and reflect the body's organs and tissues. The reflexology massage stimulates the circulation of the body encouraging self healing and allowing the flow of 'energy' in areas which may have become imbalanced. The reflexology treatment is an effective reliever of stress, tension and tiredness. A reflexology treatment lasts for approximately 45 mins but can be extended if required.
Hot Stone Reflexology uses natural basalt stones. The heat from the stones opens the reflex pathways to make the treatment extemely relaxing leaving your whole body feeling restored, balanced and rejuvenated. A Hot Stone reflexology treatment lasts approximately 1 Hr.
An Indian Head Massage is a seated massage performed through clothing. The massage works on areas of the body that accumulates stress and tension these being the shoulders , neck and head. Oils can be used which can benefit the the condition of the hair and scalp, the use of an oil is personnal preference. Benefits of an Indian Head Massage may include reducing aches and pains, stimulates blood circulation to the scalp, relieves tension headaches and migraines, relieves shoulder tension, relieves sinusitis and reduces stress and anxiety aswell as a general feeling of wellbeing and relaxation. A treatment approximately lasts 30 minutes but can be adjusted to suit personal needs.

Wow!!! Just had a fabulous facial with the lovely Sarah..... absolutely loved the foot massage with Neal's Yard Rose Balm while my mask was on... lovely added bonus!! Highly recommend!!!!
Wow just had an amazing ayurvedic marma facial with Sarah and it was amazing. I fell asleep at least once as was transported into la la land with her skilful and rhythmic movements.
I adored the warmth as I was gently tucked in, I adored the smells and the facial oil was divine, bonus to have Neal's yard products added after the sumptuous steamed mitts.
Must have treatment from a must go to therapist in her beautifully small haven.
Went for a facial today and was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to start my day. Skin is glowing and feels so fresh. Definitely recommend :)
We visited today I had a facial and tbh I could have stayed all day, made to feel very welcome and also offered refreshments, very impressed and will most certainly be back, Thanks ever so much Sarah

Me n my sister went for a mini facial yesterday and we were greeted by the lovely Sarah , the facial was amazing , and Sarah the perfect hostess making us cups of tea too she didn't rush us out, we had a nice chat with her, we went back today for a hand arm massage and manicure well that was devine and her little summer house was like a little bit of heaven! Watch out we are moving in there tomorrow Sarah , you think we are kidding !! It's just so serene , we will be back ..... well done

I went after a stressful week in the office, where i have been getting early signs of RSI from being on the keyboard and my motorbike for 9/10 hours a day. I had the indian head massage which also focuses on the upper back upper arm, shoulder neck and face, and afterwards i feel like a new person! I'm actually standing straighter, my head held higher and i'm ready to tackle another week at work! The pain in my right shoulder is gone! All of this for just £20!
£20 for a new lease on life is nothing, it's made such a difference and I would recommend this to anyone!
Sarah was very attentive, there was no rushing or skimping out on anything, real quality service the whole way through, thank you!
I recently had a fabulous treatment at Rosebud Holistics and it was gorgeous, the space is so cute and unique. Sarah makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed, I loved it so much I bought a gift for a friend. A little Oasis in Whitburn, well worth a visit 😀
I have had many treatments now since my original review and have never been disappointed. My partner and I are regulars for reflexology which greatly aids our health problems thanks to Sarah's mobile service. I can also say that her extensive range of facials are second to none in the beautiful and relaxed atmosphere of her garden room. She also does a lovely manicure and chat with a nice cuppa too!!
However our new experience yesterday was the Ayurveda Facial Reflexology which was absolutely amazing. Thank you Sarah Xx
I had the most amazing facial at Rosebud Holistics. The place was very easy to find and Sarah was very welcoming, and was even offered a cup while I filled in some forms. The place itself is so pretty, and the perfect area to unwind and relax. The facial was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! My skin is glowing and feels super soft and supple - can't wait to go back for another. Would definitely recommend! A***
I am so glad I discovered Sarah and RoseBud Holistics. After facial reflexology, I had on Thursday 3 of August, I have not had headache for 3 days now. I live with headaches, I woke up with headaches every day, I take usually 6 ibuprofens every day. Now Sarah and her magic is on my MUST monthly list. My only regret, I did not visit her 6 months ago when I planned. Thank you, Sarah.
Had a mini facial at RoseBud Holistics which was on special offer. I upgraded with a face mask and foot massage. The facial was amazing. I was so relaxed at the end I didn't want to get up! Three days later, my face still feels beautifully moisturised. Thanks again Sarah.
