The mobile number 07389133027 will no longer be used as of next week as I got a new phone & not carrying two phones about again, so the salon landline will be the only number used what is 01324 306562, I will text all clients who had the mobile number to make them aware that number will no longer be in use.

Just a polite reminder, In December there’s a even higher volume of dogs coming in than normal, so I’m going to be sticking to my 10 minute rule, if you are any later than 10 mins after your appointment time I’m afraid your dog may not get groomed, as I want to try & keep on schedule as much as possible. I hope everyone understands 🐶

3 more spaces have became available in December and after that I’m afraid I’m completely fully booked 😩 I’m open the 3rd 4th & 5th of jan then I’m closed for just under 2 weeks as I’m away on holiday for some winter sun ☀️ 🍸 ✈️

Sprays are back in🤭 with some new ones this time, jimmy chow chow & tropical 🤭 all £5 each 🐶🐶

All bandanas, neck ties & dickie bow ties are down to £1 or £2 with all proceeds going to the local animal shelter 🐶 pop in & have a rummage lots of lovely ones left 🤭

Literally can’t stress enough about Christmas appointments, I’ve extended my hours & added extra days, working 3 weeks solid in the run up to Christmas, but there will be time where I stop taking appts what’s going to be very soon, i obviously don’t want to disappoint anyone but there’s only so much I can do, so PLEASE book your app when collecting ✂️ 🐶

Can I just remember everyone We only hold appointments for 24hours if they aren’t confirmed then they are giving away there’s a waiting list as long as my arm so wee need to start getting people off that, next appointment isn’t until the 26th of November very few spaces left 🐶 ✂️

Took our 13 week old puppy in for a visit with Ross today. Luna looked fantastic when we collected her. What I thought was really good was Ross an his mum Alison took an hour out of their time to settle Luna and let her get a feel for the parlour before she got a wash an a trim. Luna was well looked after. Thanks Ross for a fantastic Job an Luna will see you in 6 weeks for her next wee pamper session

Thanks so much ross for freshening up my wee pooch today! Fabulous friendly service and great value for money! We will be visiting again very soon! ��

So pleased with Roma’s cut. She looks like my wee miniature schnauzer again!

Ross, thank you so much for making our little Poppy look beautiful again. She was getting very scruffy looking and must have been melting in the recent heatwave. I know she is quite a nervous wee pooch but I am absolutely horrified that she bit you � Poppy has never bitten anyone before and we can't thank you enough for being so understanding, as you said she was really stressed. My husband told me all about it... again we are so sorry and Poppy will be back on Tuesday unless she is barred!!

Ross made an amazing job of our wee jack totally recommend him made him looking handsome as ever. �

Ross made a fantastic job on my puppy Teddy for his first groom he was a overly fluffy mess and he’s so handsome looking again! Teddy seemed really calm and relaxed in the salon aswel and wasn’t in any hurry to leave great job thanks again Ross x

Ross had my puppy Stitch in for his first groom last week. Stitch was a bit unsure of the bath but Ross was brilliant with him. He came back smelling like a puppy again, ears sparkling and his little tear marks on his face gone. Uncle Ross also has the patient of a saint because Stitch is a little terror �� He’ll be back on a regular basis!

Ross did an fantastic job with Luna both Ross and his mum took time to let Luna get used to her surroundings since she is still a wee pup ( 13 weeks ) before she got her bath and a trim . She looked absolutely beautiful by the way made such a difference to her , thank you so much! Luna will see you at her next appointment in 6 weeks time

Ross couldn’t be any more professional, very welcoming salon and couldn’t fault a thing !! Would definitely recommend ross to anyone that needs they’re dog looked after properly !! 10/10 from me �

Managed to get a last minute appointment wth Ross. Never used him before and so glad with what he has done with my wee boy Cooper. So good to hear someone ask so many questions about how I like him cut etc. Made me feel like he really cared about what he was doing. My boy looks super handsome and all ready for Christmas. I took Rocco into Ross a couple of days ago for the first time and was very nervous trying a new groomer as I like Rocco cut a certain way , Ross did a perfect and fantastic job , I would highly recommend him , thanks again Ross see u in 8 weeks ��

I had my puppy Peanut in for her first groom. Ross and his lovely mum are brilliant !



I felt happy to leave Peanut in their care and she looked amazing when I picked her back up !

Hi! mum wanted me to message as she isn’t on Facebook! She had her boy Murphy in with Ross last week and she cannot bum him up anymore about how well he did with him and the time and effort he put into him, hand drying him because he doesn’t like the hairdryer etc � she’s honestly so happy & said Ross is one of most polite, helpful and professional people she has met who genuinely has a love and patience for dogs � and it’s the best wee Murphy has ever looked after a groom! She will definitely be a regular client from now on xxxx

Had never used Ross before but I am glad I did and will be always from now on, first time my wee dog has been cut properly. As my dog is very timid and scared he took so much time with her and had patience with her which made me feel at ease. Would definetly recommend x

Brought my wee pup Floyd today for a bath and I’m so pleased with him, he smells amazing and loved that it was so welcoming, Floyd didn’t even look back when I left! Ross really knows his stuff and Floyd is looking forward to his next visit already! �
