Rothes Juniors Football Club is a local youth football club based in Glenrothes open to children of all ages and abilities

Welcome to Rothes Juniors Football Club.

Rothes Juniors Football Club was founded in the mid Nineties at Fife Institute where they still train and play, then known as Rothes Juniors soccer sevens by parents who wanted their children to play football without the added pressure of having to win. To this day the ethos remains at the club in the under 12 constitution and changes towards the ability and attitude for the over 12 constitutions. All the coaches at the club are Disclosure Scotland checked and will have the chance to attend further S. F. A. coaching courses to improve their experience. The club has a structured management committee in place with the correct number of coaches per team all of which helped us to become the first Scottish Football Association Quality Accredited club in Fife, Tayside and Aberdeenshire.

The club runs a soccer school on Saturday mornings from 10am until 12noon and if your child is not selected to play in a game they should attend this so as still to be involved on Saturday and also to help there ability and confidence to grow stronger. The club also has soccer seven teams and eleven-aside development teams in the Fife Football Development Leagues moving forward into the competitive Fife under 16 leagues.
