Went today for breakfast, what I can I say the food was amazing, cooked to perfection. Staff friendly and decor is great. Thanks for the Easter eggs for the kids. Definitely be back.

Went for dinner for the first time tonight and had a lovely meal. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for good food at a very reasonable price.

We have been here a few times now for dinner and at football presentation great nights

food was beautiful

But have to say the Sunday roast is very nice service perfect staff very friendly and helpful

Definitely be bk the food is so good nice friendly atmosphere 5 stars all day long x

Visited the Kaldis reboot and was totally impressed. What you get is the same warm welcome, the familiar favourites; pizza, lasagne but a whole lot more. Food and service were tremendous. Surroundings were lovely and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you Route 50

That’s place is amazing! Food is so good. Specially the full fry up! Best I have ever had!

Staff are always happy and nice people. Party packages are great too as had couple parties in the hall too.

Thank you so much Route 50 for helping give my daughter a fantastic 10th Birthday! The food was great and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Service was fantastic and that lovely girl server really made us feel so welcome ( sorry I didn't ask for her name). Looking forward to our next visit �

Randomly found route 50 while out driving it was great from start to finish .... staff were lovely and very helpful.... great menu food was delish and the decor is amazing .... we will be back xxx

Never used kaldis before but after the revamp decided to give it a try been three times and the food has been superb every time staff are friendly and can't do enough for ye also noticed a couple of older men asumming maybe the owners and they are also checking to see if everything ok with the customers great wee gem in the east end xx

How lucky were we to stumble upon this place on our drive all the way back to Cardiff from Glasgow.



Food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. Inside was so clean and the American style deco was fab.



Would definitely recommend ���

Food is amazing the staff are all lovely especially Tracy lovely lassie very helpful �� helped us all day n made feel welcome ended up just staying n having drinks in the bar but great day wee had little to say left pissed!!!LOL!��xxxxx

I went this morn with my sis in law & 3 kids under 4 which can be hard work but Jim was great with the kids and made the morning less stressful . Really great service .....will be back again soon !

Amazing Place with Amazing Food at Great Prices, I have been a few times now an highly recommend to friend's an others when asked where to go for food for everyone's taste �

Had lunch here on Monday 11th June. Food and service were really good, we had pizza and French toast which were both delicious. The waitress was excellent and attentive. Unfortunately the grey paint job makes the place really drab and looks like it was applied by a group of primary 3's unable to keep within the lines. The ladies toilet area was a disaster zone reminiscent of a post youth-club disco scene, toilet seats piled up on the floor?!! Whit? Why? Could this not be fixed with some nuts and bolts or a new seat?? There is an increasing choice of lunch places to go to in the East End- Route 50 needs to put a bit more TLC into the appearance and basic facilities of the premises.

Visited today 26th July Sorry to say i did not enjoy it. Decors great but sadly let down by food. We ordered the Bronx breakfast, deep fried mushrooms under cooked black pudding half cooked links and eggshell on my fried egg. Maybe just a bad day but at £7.50 for brekki i really did expext a lot more !!!!!

2 star was for the girl who was serving us she was lovley,pity about the food my steakpie was reheated some bits cold in it ,my sister's sandwich was tiny bits of ham you'd put on a pizza not a sandwich ,juice was flat tasted like water � very disapointed .

This had to be the worse meal I have ever tasted ordered the stake and was supposed to be 14oz well that was off pure fat disgusting wife had chicken and haggis was also all dry and the sauce well had a skin over it a got the Jack denials sauce with mine and was like gravy told the staff why a didn't eat the meal and they came back and said owner took £5 off stay away from this place not worth wasting your nyt waitresses were nice and couldn't apologise enough

Me and my family were regular customers to the old kaldis! So we went tonight for the first time to route 50 and the service was appalling!! Starters got mixed up with mains , we received our (main) mac and cheese burger with our starters and they brought out the same mac and cheese burger when mains were served as you can imagine it was dry and horrible looking as it was cold! The other main was carbonara and that came out with yellow oil and so greasy at the bottom of the bowl! Handed mains back and they had the cheek to try and charge us for mains and starters! Shocking! Won’t be back at all
