Amazing service by all the staff working here. Nathan who helped me look for a wedding and engagement ring was amazing. He seemed to know everything about diamonds. Spends over 2 hours in ROX and well worth my time. Definitely reccomend this place to anyone.

Myself and my girlfriend visited Rox Edinburgh to purchase engagement rings. We were made to feel so special, and the whole experience was exactly what we wanted and more than we expected - especially the champagne and chocolate truffles!

We had worried about the reception we would get in a jewellers looking for engagement rings as a same sex couple, but we couldn't have felt more comfortable - Matthew especially was absolutely lovely!

My girlfriend had no idea what kind of ring she wanted, but trying on loads of different rings was absolutely no issue.

The staff were fantastic. Budget for anyone's pocket, although Crystal was good at assisting me at blowing my budget. My fiancee on the other hand is very happy with her new ring.
