Rox - Diamonds & Thrills

Visited your store last week and purchased a Bell & Ross watch, I was assisted by Sharon with my purchase. I'm a bit of a watch nut and have purchased watches from various jewellers around the world, I have to say that this was the most attentive and pleasurable experience I have ever had with any purchase. Sharon is a huge asset to your business and is probably the biggest gem ( pardon the pun ) in your Argyll Arcade store. I would not have a moments hesitation in recommending your establishment. I was greeted with a warm welcome on my visit and was highly informed of the details when I sourced and asked to see the ring I chose. Marco, who helped me was very informative and professional. Upon collecting my ring, Ross was very chatty and friendly also and explained the details regarding insurance etc. The store had an all round good feeling factor to it.

The service I have received when purchasing my watches has been exceptional and I have to say when I have had any issue with repairs etc the staff have again excelled in supporting me.
So much so that one of my watchesa now six years old having been in for repair several times the staff determined that this was unacceptable and gave me a new watch.
This specific watch was actually a present from my wife for our 25th wedding anniversary and means a great deal to me. Thank you staff at Argyll Arcade.

Was in getting treated for my 40th. Was helped by a new member of staff who was lovely and very friendly. I knew what I wanted so it wasn't that tricky a sale but cashing up and packaging took forever. The 2 experienced members of staff who could of helped seemed very uninterested and basically let the experience fall short. Only gave a high score on chip and pin due to how friendly and helpful your new member was.

I have just been spoilt by my husband for my 50th to a stunning diamond bracelet which he brought on Saturday just gone. The experience As well as the diamonds I will treasure for ever . A lovely assistant in the Glasgow branch, I believe called Sharon from Singapore was so patient, courteous and made myself and my friends feel special . The ROX lounge upstairs is just stunning where we drunk champayne and ate chocolates and my beautiful bracket I cannot stop looking at

This is the best Jewellery and jeweller in Glasgow bar none - every employee is trained really well and the experience and after care is superb.
