Roxburgh Dental Practice

Terrible- had to get a crown after they missed an issue with a tooth that broke. The crown was too large and made eating on one side of my mouth impossible- a second crown had to be fitted that was again too large and the metal framework was visible through it and still made my mouth sore. Eventually the root of my tooth rotted underneath as they hadn't done a root canal treatment. I ended up with dry socket, was accused of being a smoker, had an appointment made for me by the practise manager that didnt exist and they shrugged their shoulders and didn't care about anything other than the money. Disgusting behaviour.

Seen and heard enough it's just a money making place little or no concern about any thing other than making money

Just been charged £14 for missing an appointment for circumstances that were completely outwith my control. Tried callong the surgery 4 times between 8/9am but the line was constantly engaged. The receptionist went on to explain that there is another line to call which has an answering machine and that I can email the surgery to cancel my appointment - I wasnt told this the lasy time i had difficulty getting an answer perhaps informing customers thoroughly of their options on how to cancel would help!!

I was then told by the receptionist because I had missed a "few" appointments that my dentist would not longer see me!! I have missed a total of "2" since registering so not a few!!

Really shocking customer service given how hectic people's lives can be on a day to day basis - Maybe a bit more of a consistent message should be given out to customers when they register about their cancellation policy so you can manage it better yourself

How they treat people when they've missed a couple of appointments is shocking!!

Kevin the Dentist and his assistants are great !!!👌🏻went to get root work done the only thing I felt was a slight stinging with the FREEZE JAG. SUPERB DENTIST 5star recommendation
