14 people in front of me and 2 behind. Queue right back into the street. Not an unusual occurrence and I am NOT a happy customer. If you close branches you should have the capacity to deal with our customers in the remaining branches otherwise they will go elsewhere and that will definitely reduce the queues.

Absolutely insane queues to the door no matter what time you visit. Appalling.

I visited the branch to organising clearing my overdraft - greeted by a pair of dolled-up teenage TOWIE-rejects chewing gum. Very unprofessional given they work in a bank. Despite the branch being totally empty I had to book an appointment to get my overdraft cleared. Total waste of time.

RBS close two local branches and use a skeleton staff at this one. Leave those with sticks and elderly standing in queues. Surely use a ticket system? C'mon, get it together. I'm leaving RBS asap!

Good luck waiting less than half an hour to speak to a human if you show up at lunch time (the only time during the unhelpful opening hours that someone in full time business employment could reasonably visit).

Went in yesterday and wanted to use on of the machines but they were out of order, there was a long queue but there was a member of staff that was coming down the line asking what service customers needed when I said I just wanted to deposit a cheque they were extremely helpful and sorry about the broken machines and I was in and out in 10 minutes

Spoke to the manager on the 10/6/17 to make appointment for the week after to speak to someone. He said i can just squeeze you in there. In our minds thought it was a bit late for a Saturday but would be ok. Turned up today to find out branch was closed for renovation without any phone call through the week.

Whenever you come and whatever you want to do in this branch,minimum waiting time is about half an hour.shame for the name of royal BS in terms of the profit been contributed by the customer ,the service is really amateur .
