Highly skilled and friendly staff.

Some staff are very helpful while others don't have a clue what they are doing waiting time are most of the time ridiculous if you go here expect at least a 25min wait

Terrible customer service, very slow. Queued for 15 mins only to be told they couldn't help and I need to use telephone banking. And they wonder why branches are closing...

Friendly and helpful staff. Answer questions clearly. but there is no machine that prints numbers so you can wait your turn sitting down. You have to stand in a queue. Gets extremely crowded in September because of the uni students.
