Since this branch was refurbished the standard of service and queue times are awful. I've waited 30 minutes to pay in to our business account. Staff are generally unpleasant and I dread going here as I always come out upset by the poor level of service. Why build and spend money on four counters if you are only ever going to use two. Asked the manager about this and she told me that were going to remove two desks, madness!!! Avoid if you can.

I do not understand why they have a cashline with Bank of England notes. I thought they were meant to encourage the use of Scottish notes. There is nothing scottish about this bank.
