Rude member of staff, no customer service whatsoever.

Very efficient staff

Very rude staff, with all the branches closing this one gets busy which is not my fault. Don't feel comfortable leaving my business money in a bag drop yet every time I go in I get a lecture telling me to put do a bag drop. If I wanted to I would of!! Even before this when I use to go in I did not feel welcome at all. They can learn some manners from the Renfrew branch

So now they are closing the branch and the nearest one is in Rutherglen. I have no doubt that all the local businesses use the RBS to put in their takings. They will not bother going to Rutherglen but change to Bank of Scotland across the road - until of course that closes! This is short term thinking by RBS. There are four us in my family that have an account but are likely to change bank now!
