Royal Infirmary

That was our 2 visit on A&E department today. We would like to thank you Dr Phillip Copley such a good care for my partner. All the test has been done and at the end we left this place sorted. This doctor was very helpful, professional and good organized. His calm attitude made me feel safe even after such a traumatic morning. Thanks again for looking after me, my partner and our baby!!! We are patients within the cardiac unit who have had either serious surgery or an existing complaint. It has now been over an hour and not one member of staff has poked their nose through the ward door to see if everything is OK but we can hear them laughing and joking outside. Where's the priority

Visited a friend here today. Found the signage to find wards etc excellent, staff were very helpful and all do a fantastic job. Plenty of parking.

However have been waiting for 5 hours for my discharge papers
Will have a nice parking fee to pay

There are so many good and bad points to this hospital. It totally depends on who you see and where you go. For the most part I would say it was a good hospital, the staff are friendly enough. But there are those that seem inconvenienced by you and treat you with zero respect. I'm very much in the middle here!

Staff very helpful and understanding doctors and surgeons also good at their job

I was in the medical day care RIE today for an ablation. I was so well looked after. Dr lang done my procedure and he explained everything he was going to do and what to expect. I was looked after by such lovely nurses, Mia, iris and June. Thankyou so much for making me feel safe and comfortable.

They did a good job of patching me up after a motorcycle accident and looked after me well during my two week stay. Have unfortunately had to visit quite often in recent years either for myself or family members and friends. They always have done a great job and been gery compasionate.

Im from co durham and went too edinburgh for weekend on the sat I fell down, friends called ambulance which took me to edinburgh infirmary where I found out I had broken my hip. Next day i had an operation and had to stop in for a week, l couldnt fault any of my care every one was so helpfull, thank you all.
