I was lucky I settled our rates appeal from 2017 to reduce our rates from 54k to 46k literally 4 days before the cut off. If I hadn’t I wouldn’t have received any help at all from the government which would have just been unfathomable. I really hope they do put funding in place for those rated higher than 51k there is so many businesses locally rated over 51k that need that funding to survive this.

We can’t recommend Anderson’s enough, our butchers for the past 9 years. Their website is great and easy to use and delivery to your door.

Hannah’s mum Debbie (who is in charge of accounts/payroll etc for Team Mack) decided rather than putting a rainbow or bear in her window, she would have her own quilt show of the quilts she has made, she’s made a lot..... So daily a new one goes in the window of her home for everyone to see (in North Berwick) This is one of our favourites so we felt we had to share.

So our next how to guide is for a Mojito.......it goes a little wrong at the end (some of you may have seen the outtake) but I thought I would share the whole thing anyway.
A couple of things: Cocktails are completely down to your own preferences, so add more lime/sugar/mint according to your taste. I wasn’t very technical and should have said muddling not mashing 🙄🙈
