Ruby's Walkies, established 2012, is a professional pet service now based in Kilmarnock. We offer group dog walking and pet sitting in your own home.

So a little bit about me:

I graduated from University of Glasgow with a Zoology BSc (Hons) degree in 2007. I now work for an animal rescue charity, have fostered dogs for the RSPCA previously and I am now a volunteer dog walker for them also.

I currently own 2 cats, 1 dog and a bearded dragon. 3 months ago we adopted a dog from the RSPCA, her name is now Ruby, an 11 month old Chihuahua x Pug (Chug! ) and she is certainly a cheeky character. I have enjoyed the challenges she has brought to us with the issues she had and we are now looking forward to furthering her training and teaching her about the doggy world. Ruby's favourite things are her boomer ball (an indestructible ball for dogs), rubber duck toy, best friend Fudge (Cavalier King Charles), training, treats and of course her long walks and occasional swim!

I have a friendly, fun and positive approach. I will focus on making your dog happy and, of course, well exercised. We would meet for an initial consultation /trial walk first so you can decide whether I am the right dog walker for your pet then we can go from there. I am fully insured and competitive rates are offered.

I will also be prepared to walk dogs one to one if preferred and help with any other things like lead work, grooming etc. Anything to make your life easier and your dog happier. . . just ask! I would love the opportunity to help you and your pet maintain a happy relationship even when work or other commitments get in the way!
