Hi everyone. Our Christmas and New year opening hours are Christmas Eve 10am till 3pm. Closed Christmas Day and Boxing. Usual opening hours on 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th. New Year's Eve we will close at 3pm. New Year's Day and 2nd January closed. Back to normal on Thursday 3rd January. We hope you all have a great Christmas and New Year and hope to see you all next year 😊

We were at ruff and tumble AGAIN today!......people are so quick to complain and pass on bad feedback however I just can't provide that and that for me is 100% to do with the staff!....Margaret is AMAZING with my sons especially joey my youngest X she is so friendly towards all customers and remembers us all and makes everyone feel so welcome X Margaret is mostly the only reason we come here 2/3 times per week! Susan is great too and always remembers us and makes a point of talking to us X the cleanliness is great as Margaret is forever hoovering and cleaning tables! X joey asks every day to come here and enjoys it as much as we do!......please look after your staff as they are what make the place!..thank you X

We had our girls birthday party here. I had only recently discovered this centre when attending another party and that they provided an exclusive hire option at a very reasonable price. All the party guests had an amazing time - great soft play for a a variety of ages. Staff went above and beyond (food, service, party games) to make sure that everything went well for us, especially when one of the birthday girls got sick. Thanks for a great party experience - will be recommending you and using you for future parties.

We had been here for a few parties before and decided to use it for our sons birthday party and hired it out exclusively. Would highly recommend it the food was amazing staff were lovely nothing was too much hassle. They were great with the kids especially as a few had additional needs. It's great if u have special needs kids very safe and secure. I hsve a severely autistic boy and another with aspergers so did have a blip here and there lol but they couldn't do enough to help. X

Today was my first visit with my daughter Millie, I have to say I was very impressed with it. Margaret the manager was very friendly and made us feel so welcome. The place was just a great size for Millie and she loved every minute of it. Having the cafe right beside the play area is ideal, meant I could have my lunch and keep an eye on Millie at the same time. We will both definitely be back!

Ruff and tumble has became me and my daughters favourite place to go together on a Friday during the day. It's fantastic place for kids to relax and unwind, as it is for adults also. It's very spacious with lots to offer the kids, from slides to bouncy castles. My daughter had her 3rd birthday party in here also. It was excellent and everyone was made to feel very welcome by the lovely ladies who run it. They are Margaret and Susan and they are very helpful and nice natured. They do great food also and the prices are magnificent for both adults and kids. They offer a host of different meals and snacks. You can relax and enjoy watching your kids have fun without feeling rushed or the need to leave like other places. Everyone is welcome with Open arms and my daughter feels very comfortable in this place. The two ladies never get a break and sill maintain their politeness and smiles, whether they are cleaning or making tea and good etc. big thumbs up from me, and I will happily continue to attend this wee gem!

Everything was looked after and was totally stress free , love having this wee gem of a place just round the corner always good for a wee hour or 2 break to let the girls run about xx

Just had my twins 5th birthday party at ruff n tumble...everything went absolutely perfect Cant thank Margaret, Susan and Co enough...they are amazing at what they do and they do it at a very high standard which meant i was completely stress free! All the kids loved the fact it was an exclusive party only for friends and family . Every request was catered for with a smile!

Husband and i were here this morning with our little boy it was great fun, spacious and fun for all ages . Margaret the manager is very friendly and helpful and was so good with our little boy which as we were saying on way back in car makes all the difference . Its not overpriced like other play centres. We highly recommend it and liked it so much we booked up for xmas party Sat :)

Held my daughter 6th birthday here yesterday and the staff were amazing and could not have done anymore for us. Due to the heavy snow in January the original party had to be cancelled and rescheduled which the staff did without hesitation even allowing us to keep our exclusive party at a different time. Would definitely recommend and will we will be back x

Had my son’s 5th birthday here on Sunday and it was great! After years of parties at home involving masses of planning and cooking, I just turned up with the birthday boy and his cake and the centre did everything else. The kids had a ball and the play frame is well set out so that adults can chat and have a coffee whilst still being able to see their child. Price was very reasonable too

Great venue, excellent value for money. My son had his 6th birthday party there and we opted for an exclusive party, this gave it a more personal touch. Food great, play area fab and staff very helpful indeed. Suzanne did everthing she could to make my sons day special. We hired the small disco Dome (with music & lights) & this was a big hit; well worth getting if u can.

For a hassle free party venue, this place wins hands down. All you need to bring is the birthday boy or girl and a cake. Everything else is done for you. They deal with however many kids turn up on the day which is great when you have people who don’t rsvp. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. I’ve had 3 parties there now. It’s a well kept southside secret!

Been here 3 times now and it's a great place.



My 2 year old has a fab time very time we go. The staff are really friendly and it's also great value for money.



The baby bit in it is also fab.

Been bringing my kids here for years, great soft play for all ages, fantastic friendly staff, yummy food, nice menu!!! Also great and reasonably priced for parties, kids are always happy � thanks so much!

Absolutely brilliant, really lovely staff were so attentive and everything was organised for our daughters 4th birthday. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I visited today for the first time, I was really pleased at the entry cost and food prices. Kids were entertained to no end with the bouncy castle and large play area. There's good head height so adults can easily go in too.



I got the kids lunch boxes which had sandwich/toastie, raisins, crisps and a yoghurt and it was approx £2.20. Bargain! I had a panini and coffee both were fine. Staff were attentive and there's a lot for big kids and wee.



Only giving 4 stars as the outside was a bit undesirable due to old pallets outside the front, and the paintwork inside could do with a freshen up, otherwise this place is fantastic and I will definitely visit again.

Was here yesterday. Its was crammed full of ppl babies ....mothers with prams. A little girl slapped my nephew across face for what she said was swearing....he said "crap". In my book not a bad word but not nice either. She then proceeded to push him provoke him further....hit him several times with her piglet teddy. She then came through to where we were sitting & started screaming & shouting pointing saying thats him.... tht he was a bully & tht he was swearing. I told the little girl crap isnt a swear word & i told her she shouldnt be hitting anybody to which she replied at top of her voice screaming her face pink with rage/frustration i honestly dont know......no you shut up. She called me a liar....A staff member tried to talk to someone in her party to which she was subjected to the same shouting & bawling from this girl. No adult came to see me to offer an explanation/apology for this girls behaviour. She maybe has stuff/issues going on i'm really not sure. But its a disgrace tht not 1 adult came & tried to explain. I did however see an adult bring her through to kiosk & buy her something then walk straight by us giving us a dirty look.... I do thank staff member as she did try to talk to them & the girl & said no hitting anyone in here. But the place was far too full. Maybe keep an eye on the No's let in. Not sure we"ll be back if im honest.
