Rule Valley Simulated Game

We are based in the heart of the picturesque Scottish Borders. From a deep valley, woodland or grouse butt come and have a blast at our simulated high pheasant, partridge and grouse all on the same day with up to 5000 clays and unlimited cartridges.

Rule Valley Simulated Game day takes the format of traditional driven game but substituting game birds for clays. We have a number of state of the art remote controlled clay traps situated out of sight firing clays in a random pattern of speed, height and direction. Much like a driven day no two birds are the same.

You will have an actioned packed day with every gun having the chance to shoot at thousands of clays, we guarantee smoking barrels! There is no need to hold back as all cartridges are included in the price.

Although we are able to provide shooting all year round, simulated game days come into their own in the off season for the keen game shot. Whether it be a few of days to tune up before the season starts or someone wanting to still experience the thrill of the shoot all year round. It also offers something new, exciting and more diverse for the avid clay shot at a standard shooting ground as it gives a brand new experience on clay shooting with all the unique experiences at a traditional game shoot.

We pride ourselves by offering value for money and the very nature of simulated game shooting comes in at the fraction of the cost of a live bird day. To put it in perspective for grouse shooting, the going rate is £150 per brace. Two brace of grouse are equivalent to a whole days shooting with all cartridges, food and drink.

We welcome stag and hen parties, corperate days, experienced shots or complete novices just looking to have a shoot and this can be experienced over a half or full day.
