What extra ordinary day I had today. Whilst working away, I was contacted by Catherine Cooper, who informed me that a good friend of theirs, wanted some of my products. Then I got a friends request from the said friend, and then it got surreal. This order needs to go to SAUDI ARABIA. it doesn’t stop there. The place in Saudi is the very place that I went shopping whilst in the army and taking part in the first gulf war. We used to get rest days, and we ventured into town where I bought a Polaroid camera and had a Chinese meal (it wasn’t all guns and bombs). We had a great chat only to find out that where I bought my camera was the shop across from this fanciers shop. I may take the order over to retrace my steps 😂😂 surreal or what.

So today seen me meet my new courier. Very professional, and well organised. I had booked one order to go to Essex, but after seeing what i was wrapping ready to go by other means, he asked if he could take them, to help me out. Alleluia someone that cares. He's off to France to do a house move which he does on a regular basis, so its opened the way forward to get goods into Spain and France. Happy days.

Some of our latest work. Delivered to Peterlee, Hartlepool and 3 in Durham today. 4am start, 400 miles, back home via a loft completion at 1415. Lee Scott left behind in the unit to cut 360 18mm components for our contract, and pulled it off, well chuffed. Dave who came with me managed to see every single mile 😂😂😂

Rabbit breeding boxes completed and delivered tonight to Carnoustie. 😎

2 lofts completed today. One in Peterhead and one in Aberdeen. Both customers delighted. Also fitted a total of 94 easy clean perches, 3 ets traps and 4 all purpose nest boxes.

0445hrs rise today then it was off to Aberdeen and Peterhead with 2 lofts to deliver and erect. WITH ONLY 2 OF US. 13hours later and 260 round trip, mission accomplished. Now where’s my bed lol
