Ryan Wilkie Physiotherapy

Ryan is currently working as a full time physiotherapist with Partick Thistle Football club. He has also previously worked with both Cowdenbeath and Hamilton Academicals football clubs.

Ryan was also previously a professional footballer for 8 years. During his career he played clubs including Celtic and Liverpool. During these years Ryan developed a keen interest in rehabilitation, sports injuries and sport science, which prompted him to study sport and exercise science at Heriot Watt University and more recently physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Ryan is a dedicated physiotherapist and due to his vast experience within professional football specialises in musculoskeletal and sport related injuries. He is also able to provide acupuncture treatment alongside a variety of techniques including manual therapy, massage, taping and functional rehab to achieve optimal recovery and performance.
