Booked, in part because allowed hand luggage. On arrival told only first 90 passengers (from a fully booked flight of 189 people) are allowed hand luggage- rest has to go in the hold. It's in the small print but really ought to be clearer when effects more than half the passengers. Clearly just a way to make people pay for priority boarding.

Worst airline ever rude staff. Dismissive ignorant and apologetic.
